Booking & availability
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season (June–September and December–January) we recommend 3–6 months ahead, because only a handful of Rolls-Royce cars exist on the island and wedding dates cluster. Off-peak, shorter notice is often fine, and we will always try to help with last-minute requests.
How do we confirm a date?
A deposit locks your date. The balance is settled before your wedding day. We will send a written quote and a simple agreement first.
Which Rolls-Royce models do you offer?
For Bali weddings we offer the Rolls-Royce Ghost (classic sedan) and the Rolls-Royce Cullinan (luxury SUV). Other models or a matching second car can sometimes be arranged on request.
On the day
Is the car self-drive or chauffeured?
Chauffeur-driven only. For insurance, liability and Bali road conditions, we do not offer self-drive Rolls-Royce hire.
Can the car be decorated for our wedding?
Yes — ribbon and floral décor in your wedding palette are included, and bespoke styling can be coordinated with your florist.
What happens if it rains?
Your chauffeur carries umbrellas and will position the car for a dry, elegant arrival. Bali showers are usually brief; we adjust timing on the day as needed.
How many people fit in the car?
The packages are designed for the couple plus a full gown. For short transfers the Cullinan can carry a small bridal party. Tell us your needs and we will advise.

How much does a Rolls-Royce wedding car cost in Bali?
As an indicative 2026 guide: a Ghost ceremony-and-photo booking (4–8 hrs) is around IDR 18–30 million (~USD 1,100–1,900); a Cullinan around IDR 22–35 million; full-day hire from ~IDR 25–40 million+. A simple VIP transfer without décor starts around IDR 14–22 million. Every wedding gets a firm written quote.
What is included in the price?
Chauffeur, fuel/tolls/parking within greater Bali, ribbon & floral décor, a planned route with photo-stop time, and chilled water. Remote venues and multi-day itineraries are quoted separately.
Do you cover venues outside south Bali?
Yes — Ubud, the east coast and beyond are all possible; longer distances are simply quoted for travel time.
